Earth Resource Foundation Parental Permission Form
As part of the application process, prospective underage volunteers are required to sign a Volunteer Service Agreement and have it co-signed by their legal guardian.
Earth Resource Foundation reserves the right to accept or deny any underage volunteer's application based on:
1. program/operational needs
2. the applicant's maturity and knowledge
3. the applicant's demonstrated interest in ERF programs, and
4. the availability of adult supervision
Volunteers under the age of 18 must be assigned an adult supervisor.
Arrangements for this supervision must be approved by Earth Resource Foundation.
